The two principals of Aquarius International are:
Tony Bray
Tony has established an international reputation for designing and running a wide range of training courses and workshops for a variety of industries.
He has also written a series of highly successful books and training packages published by the UK's leading publishers, with sales in excess of £3m.
With a background in management with British Telecom, Tony had a variety of management roles, including call centre management, statistics, personnel, estates and international relations. His final five years in BT was as a manager in the Management Training College, delivering and managing the implementation of core management training programmes.
For three years Tony was Chief Administrator at the Commonwealth Telecommunicaions Bureau. His primary role was managing the estates and HR functions for the Pall Mall based Secretariat. During this time he introduced a new pension scheme, job evaluation scheme and relocated the bureau within central London. In addition he managed the support and secretariat services for international meetings around the globe.
Prior to working in BT, Tony graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst before serving as a troop-commander in the Royal Corps of Transport.

Tessa Simpson
Tessa's background is in marketing and public relations. For eleven years she was marketing and public relations manager for the Craigendarroch Group. She then moved into the training field and specialised in motivational and development training and design.
She also writes for the press on training and career issues and is an author for Fenman, and co-author of 'Networking' for Journey Learning and 'A manager's first 100 days' published by CIPD. She was also a weekly columnist for the Glasgow Herald.
With a Master of Arts degree, specialising in psychology, she is also a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, and career counsellor. She is a member of the International Association of Career Counselling Professionals. Tessa is also an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist.
Founder and Past President of East and West of Scotland Business Women's Clubs and Founder President of the Association of Scottish Businesswomen's Clubs.
